What the vault game measures
Same game as the vault mini game, with the card count opened up. Pick four, five or six from the bar above the board; six is the layout used for the biggest scores on GTA roleplay servers, and it is where the ten question types stop being readable and start being a memory problem.
You get three seconds to learn which card holds which number, then the numbers vanish and every card fills with conflicting colours, shapes and words. Two attributes are asked for, in order, in five seconds.
Benchmento is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, NoPixel or any roleplay server. This is an original implementation built from a description of the mechanics.
The ten things it can ask for
| Prompt | What you read |
|---|---|
| Background colour | The card's fill |
| Number colour | The colour of the decoy digit |
| Shape / Shape colour | The outer shape and its colour |
| Inner shape / Inner shape colour | The small shape in the middle |
| Text colour | The colour word itself, not how it is painted |
| Colour text background colour | How that word is painted |
| Shape text | The shape word itself |
| Shape text background colour | How that word is painted |
| In a row | Standing |
|---|---|
| 0 – 1 | First few tries |
| 2 – 3 | About average |
| 4 – 6 | Good |
| 7 – 9 | Very good |
| 10 – 14 | Exceptional |
| 15+ | Rare |
How to crack more of them
- Learn the four card layout first. The traps are identical and there is less to hold. Six cards punishes anyone still working out what the prompt is asking for.
- Two or three cards is a realistic target. Nobody holds six positions in three seconds. Learn the ones you can and hope the prompt lands on them; that is the actual game.
- Read the whole prompt before you look at the board. Text colour and colour text background colour differ by one word. Glancing at the cards first costs you the second it takes to re-read it.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the standard vault game?
It is locked to six cards with the five second timer. The standard page lets you pick four, five or six.
Is this the GTA RP bank hack?
It is an independent recreation of that puzzle type, built from a description of the mechanics. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, NoPixel or any server, and uses none of their code or assets.
What is a good score on six cards?
Two or three in a row is respectable. The layout is hard enough that long streaks are rare.
