In a browser, simple visual reaction time usually lands between 250 and 300 milliseconds for adults. Anything from 220 to 270 is above average, under 200 is fast, and below 180 is either exceptional or an anticipated click. Over 350 is worth retesting before you read anything into it.
Those numbers are higher than the figures quoted in laboratory studies, and the reason matters. A browser measurement is not a measurement of your nervous system alone.

Your hardware is inside the number
Between the panel turning green and your click being recorded, several things happen that have nothing to do with you. It also makes deliberate anticipation visible. Guessing when the green will appear produces one very fast attempt and several penalties, which lands you worse than simply reacting.
Age, fatigue and time of day
Reaction time varies with age in a well documented way, and the table below reflects that. It also varies within a single person across a day: tiredness, caffeine, temperature and how recently you last did the task all move it, often by more than the difference between two age brackets.
That variability is worth keeping in mind before drawing conclusions. A slow result on one evening is a slow result on one evening. This is a browser game, not a diagnostic instrument, and it cannot tell you anything about your health.
